yes, same with me, they are saying if you have highest base pay in your level, no hike/no promotion for you

Rating is just to keep u happy so that in return you can give positive feedback on the Accenture surveys.. It’s a lollipop given to you so that they can declare you diabetic at end during the appraisals. True rating is that which reflects on the rewards portal.. And in majority cases Accenture has screwed the overall workforce..
