US reddit blogs for tech jobs are filled with layoffs and Economy also seems to be on ATHs with no actual drivers apart from AI hype and rising inflation. Are you guys worried where we headed with deep Recessions and rising automations . Whats the backup plan for survival ?

We have come a long way from there and AI has advanced way too much to be used by Organisations to cut cost like Agentic AIs being used in every domain to cut monotonous jobs at rapid pace then new job generation
