I have not heard anyone except the L11/L10 folks who got a better hike due to the packages they are on.

If you are a manager or above level then only you will get variable pay once in a year else you will get twice in a year

Sep promotions are Q3, very less people are getting
In Nov its Q4, main cycle yes you will get variable pay

Are promotions expected in Nov cycle as well? I thought they had shifted it to June cycle
