Trending @Accenture; With MAL as 33 and completed 4 years in Accenture, what are the chances of Promotion from L9 to L8 with good feedbacks and performances ??
My MAL is 68 and completed 3.5 years in accenture at level 9, still don't see anything positive happening regardless of good performance and feedback. Manager kinda gave hints that market is down , budget is low bla bla bla. So yeah mal, exp nothing matters here bro. Just wait and watch once they release the letters. Hope it turns out good for you.
With 3.5 years, how your mal is 68? Counting outside xp too? How to calculate your mal then properly, if from outside, like you..?
You get some MAL when you join based on your previous exp. MAL means month at level so if the interviewer thinks you already have some exp prior joining for the position you are joining in Accenture they give you some MAL. I was already given around 25-26 MAL on my joining. You can check your MAL in workday.
