With less hike infy or stay TCS

Hello people, need your advice as to stay in tcs or to go to infy with different location with less hike YOE : 4.5 TCS CTC: 11.5 LPA (Band dependent) at indore Infy offer: 13.5 (approx 90% is fixed) at bglr.

What do you guys suggest?
