If I have a base pay of 10 lakhs and I got stocks 10 lakhs vesting over 4 years, how do I mention my CTC ?
Do I mention
1.) 10 + 10 = 20 Lakhs(cause I may get similar amount of stocks from next year)
OR
2.) 10 + 2.5 = 12.5 lakhs ?
When switching ,do we calculate CTC based on RSU(stock's) current valuation? Assume I have gotten 27LPA (17+ 10 stocks) But stocks value became 15 . So do I tell current CTC as 32 (17+15) while switching to some other organisation. P...
My CTC when I joined the company was : x(base) + y(stocks). There was no bonus or hike et al. But stock price has doubled.
So while negotiation should I tell my CTC as x+y OR x+2y?
