Handling layoffs
How easy or difficult are devs and PMs finding it to get a job post layoff? Is the experience different across YoE?
Someone in ur team or someone u had good relationship (work wise) with gets laid off? Do u discontinue working as hard? Does ur team velocity decrease or increase as everyone does better for survival? Just wanna hear from folks who have gone through this and does employer not see any affect in work? (E.g. Twitter case)
For somefolks you are a number in an excel sheet. Just focus on your strengths and do what is best for you
The employer never cares. You are a replacable headcount and that's a reality. Yes morale goes down in the team, culture goes for a toss. I would say it depends on the individual on how affected one feels, as the promotion hungry colleague would still grind the same way no matter what.

What an insane journey this man has had! feel sad though that FW will now be a fully american company with all senior leaders in america
If a CEO is being replaced, expect layoffs soon. Speaking from experience (at Gojek)
Not a good thing for FW. Culture has gone downhill already, and this will further accelerate the change.
This is just insane. Totally saw it coming, but still crazy!
