With 6 yrs exp in HR, i currently got an offer from fmcd lighting biz company- early startup setup
It is giving 40% hike. I have exp of both tech startup for 3years and another 3 in fmcd industry. I really wanted to get back to tech, but im getting roles in. Fmcd/g bcz my current exp in this.
Should i take up this offer?
