Wish to Switch Job

I have 2.8 yoe and I joined a big 4 as my first company. Though I like the company and the work that I do but its getting very unmanageable these days. I don't have a life after my work and almost no weekends too. Its just too much. Early login is expected and logging out late is very basic. And all the hardwork for 5lpa only. I see work and learning as important but money plays a motivation most of the time which I feel I am not getting here.

What should I do?
