Wish to get full time opportunity at client.
Working with the same client from almost 3 years now. How should I proceed ahead? Should I check with someone from client end itself? And in case the client says the current team cannot take me in, should I apply for any open positions directly? Will they eye me for already working with them through contract?

Since you have worked for client, even if nothing seems open, they may take in if they know you may be leaving or something.
In my project, the client tries to poach if they get to know if someone from project is leaving TCS.
