My recommendation for anyone to join Wipro Technologies should be short term not long term as the HR policies are not favourable for employees mainly when it comes to spouse and wife working together here. It is sad to say it is not at all favourable as the management skips all suffering and humiliation stating it's personal so the counter party keeps suffering and it has no value to protect anyone. Please ladies be thoughtful before joining
