I'm in my final semester with a project to complete and I have a few queries and would really appreciate insights from previous year students or anyone with relevant experience:

1. Salary Post Conversion: Is the salary offered during employee conversion influenced by factors like our skills rating and M.Tech completion?

2. Project Expectation: What type of projects can one expect post conversion, especially for someone currently in a support project?

3. Skill-Based Project Shift: If I'm pursuing Google Cloud Practitioner L1 as part of my skills, is there a chance of getting shifted to a cloud-related project after M.Tech completion.
