I feel we should sometimes be thankful that we don't have to go to office everyday. There are no restrictions on the hours that we need to spend in the office. There are several companies who have mandated 5 days working, I am glad wipro still gives us the flexibility.

Depends on the client/manager. Sometimes we spend months working from home.
