How is the vibe these days working for Wipro? I don’t feel a positive vibe here. With forceful resignations, over estimating the potential of AI, clients not willing to spend, no work life balance, no increment….! Day starts with some escalation ends with an escalation to fix next day by starting early. Feeding to the ego of leaders! Cmon man working used to be a lot more fun 4-5 years back. Used to play cricket with my team mates, chai pe charcha, backing other team mates in tough calls. I see nothing now. Dumping a junior to face client meetings when the manager clearly knows the deliverables are not met and we are in this position because he didn’t have to guts to tell to client that the deadline is unrealistic, throwing the junior under the bus. Don’t know if it’s the same across all companies. But somehow feels There need to be a Huge Change management drive that need to happen at Wipro.
