Upper management is considering implementing a mandatory six-hour in-office requirement for the ongoing hybrid work model. What are your thoughts on this?

When was the last time upper management did anything that was good for the employees? Never! Everytime we get an email communication from employee communication u know they're coming to make ur life more difficult!

In the upcoming months, you may observe discussions on this during leadership calls with HR.

I work 14 hours a day. Even after returning from the office, I continue working late into the night.

Wipro is afraid of conducting survey for the mandatory working hours in office (3 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours etc), they should listen to employees. Even after coming to home from the ofiice , people work from home.

This will keep on like that unless they reach to pre Covid era of 5 days with 9.5 hours at office

Yeah but allowances they are not bringing back. Preciously if someone is working from 12-9 then they were giving 300 rs per day but now no-one is talking about this. They just want there benefit employee can go and suffer

At least then they should also stop considering if employee doing 9.5 from office then not login for even meetings from home..

I THINK FOR PUNE LOCATION THEY SHOULD GIVE HOME PICKUP AND DROPOUT

BEFORE IMPLEMENTING SUCH EXPERIMENT S

ALSO UPPER MANAGEMENT SHOULD REPORT TO OFFICE AS PER THEIR ROSTER MADE BY WORK FORCE MANAGER.

BECAUSE PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN PUNE REGION IS PATHETIC DURING PEAK HOURS

pick up and drop is project specific
