Trending @Wipro; Wipro the worst company among all IT service sector???
Layoffs are common these days but there should be a valid reason and company should pre inform you. I was part of Wipro from June 2021 to February 2024. I was on LOP from September 2023. Till the time I was in LOP I made numerous attempts to crack a client interview. Succeed in a few. However, the interviews that I cleared at internal level I received rejection before client interview on the ground that client minimum requirement is 7+ years I cross asked them why did u take my interviews then?? It was just a tactic to pass time till the employee reaches the final stage of LOP and he will be forced to resign and it happens the same.
Their dirty tactics didn't stop at all. HR department approached me to clarify that they have waived off my bonus amount that I owed to the company. When I am asking for an explanation through pdf, they are refusing to revert back on mail. It is just a tactic to save their fnf amount... I guess?? They are asking for an amount of 2673 to pay.... Didn't receive salary for 6 months, not received fnf amount and currently have to pay 2673.... This is all what happening... Try to find a better opportunity as soon as possible..

Sad to hear this. Luckily I got a new job and have resigned in 6 months itself in wipro. I sensed this after joining. No need to go on LOP. Don't trust the company.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience - it sounds incredibly frustrating and unfair. It's disheartening when companies don't uphold transparency or fairness. Stay strong, and I hope better opportunities come your way soon.
