No it’s too difficult to get projects in Wipro if you are in bench the managers itself not supporting the freshers or NGAs they are growing themself and also not even motivating the freshers

No actually. I am a panelist and seeing that company is trying to take outsiders instead of giving training to existing employees and trying to allocate in project.

U ll get project, but u ve to work 14 hours a day.

There is a skimming of froth going on. More budget will come out in Q1 and it should help a bit. But up skill rapidly to get projects
