In email they did mentioned that if this time not cleared they will put me in PIP. but I am not understanding what this english test has to do with our work.

I am working for the customer and customer is happy and I am billable resource since from last 1 year

As per mail received earlier, It should be applicable for all B3 and below across the organization.
