Trending @Wipro; Wipro Review: 100% of the employees are not happy with their work.
Opinion on the management:
- The management is incompetent and doesn't know what they are doing. They keep making bad decisions that hurt the company.
- There is no transparency or communication from the top brass. Employees don't know what's happening with the company, which leads to uncertainty and anxiety.
- The HR department is dysfunctional and doesn't care about employees' well-being. They only focus on their own interests.
- The leadership team is arrogant and unapproachable. They think they are above everyone else and don't listen to feedback or suggestions.
- The CEO is clueless and out of touch with reality. He keeps making promises he can't deliver on.
Opinion on Work Culture and Company Health:
- The work culture is toxic and stressful. Employees are overworked and underpaid.
- The stock price has been declining steadily, and there is no sign of recovery anytime soon. Investors have lost faith in the company.
- The company is losing market share and customers due to its poor performance. It's becoming increasingly difficult to compete in the industry.
Overall, working at Wipro is a nightmare. I recommend anyone who has joined this sinking ship to leave as soon as possible, I am already interviewing with other companies.

I don't agree with the "sinking ship", comment

Actually it is sinking! Leave the stock price! Wipro hasn't attracted any billion dollar project in the last financial year where as hcl and tcs got 2 each and infy got one. And these layoffs and work culture! It's d worst among the service companies. It's downright toxic! PPL will think twice about joining wipro and if they are joining they'll be joining only for high packages

Remember vishal sikka, same this company will bounce back and I'm dam sure

Very true indeed

Been working in Wipro for the past 1.5 years and so far I haven’t come across anything positive about the company. I’ve worked with other Service companies, so I have a good understanding of what to expect. Wonder how the clients are putting up with such nonsense and chaos. I’m also looking for an exit and I’m not going to come back, no matter what the hike or role is.

True
