Wipro Relocation Query

I am joining Wipro on 20th June and relocating from Noida to Bangalore. My offer letter includes relocation benefits. I have a few queries regarding the relocation process: 1. Who initiates the relocation process? Do I need to book the travel tickets (flight/train), or will someone/team from Wipro do it on my behalf? 2. Travel ticket reimbursement: If I book the tickets myself, will I get the full reimbursement? Any specific portal or guideline to follow? 3. Packers and Movers: Can I choose any registered packers and movers for shifting? Will the cost be reimbursed? Is there any cap or approved vendor list? 4. Initial 14-day accommodation: It is mentioned in my offer letter. Who initiates this stay arrangement? Will I get any mail or need to raise a request? Will Wipro book the stay or should I do it?

Kindly help clarify these points so I can plan the relocation smoothly.
