Does wipro actually pay pf amount as company contribution or is it deducted from the employee side ?

CTC includes the contribution from company side. You can raise a ticket with Finance team for more clarity

No, I mean why does wipro deduct pf as a company contribution from employee salary ?
As an employee is paying double the amount for pf.
1 as an employee contribution
2 as a company contribution
Whereas some other companies pay for pf as a company contribution from self, they don't deduct it from employee salary.

Are you considering "employee salary" as what is mentioned in CTC? Then that is the issue. CTC is cost to the company. Anyway, do raise a ticket. I have done it in the past for similar clarifications.
