Wipro or TCS is better in terms of work culture?

I wont say good but okay, it totally depends on the team you get and your manager

Bhai Wipro or TCS is not even a subject of debate. TCS is a better company than Wipro in every aspect. Be it salary structure or work culture or benefits, TCS is the best in the lot you can get. Also, they have immense job security.

I have only worked in TCS so I cannot tell you exactly which is better Wipro vs TCS, but TCS is a good place to work. It gives you job security. The work can be stressful sometimes, but which workplace isn’t, right? So, TCS is good, That’s all I can say.

I don’t work in either Wipro or TCS. But, between wipro vs tcs I have heard many people saying that TCS has a better work culture than Wipro. It could be because TCS is a Tata company and it has a great brand value in the market. But, yeah even I’m not sure about the work culture aspect. Although I know ki TCS ki salary is better than Wipro any day.
