Both are shitholes
Both are useless. Haven't worked in either but have heard enough horror stories.
Both companies are not flexible, flexibility is myth in both companies unless you get very good project with flexible option for timings. Even company policy is hybrid, if your project has 5 days working, you will have to go 5 days office.

hi is it possible in wipro to complete 12 days at a time in month instead of 3days per week? any of your friends tried this?
