Wipro Notice period during Bench

Hi All,

I have completed 45 days bench period in wipro. If I submit my resignation now, still I need to serve 90 days notice period ?

I have given resignation 15 days ago in wipro and currently im in bench from last 15 days. Can i get early release, if yes then how can i approach ?

I tried it to but biggest concern is if you asked for it then other people will too. So handle it in a way so that you can convince your manager that nobody else will get to know about it.

I had an image who share alot with others. So, i backed out myself.

If you are on bench you will be released the next day if you ask for.

Yes. You will have to serve the notice period. Instead be on bench for the next 45 days as well. If you don’t get a project then they might ask you for a voluntary resignation. This happens in case of band B2 atleast.

Check it in your offer letter. My notice period was 90 days on the separation portal but i got it reduced to 60 days as per my offer letter.

Hey Did you get released early or not? or they have made you to serve whole 90 days of notice period?

It happens for B1 also but the bench period is 90 days for them and at the end HR asks to voluntarily resign.
