Hello Everyone, I have been told by my manager that while having discussion with HR he marked me as a critical resource. I am B3 resource and 100% billable resource and received 3 rating last year . How much % Hike I can expect?

B3 and below % is in manager hands. B3 above with practice. Their is no fixed number even 4 rating and 3 rating person can get same. It's completely depend on manager
