I have total 2.8 year of experience in Wipro. I have got into Lop and was for 4.5 months. I have resigned from Wipro as I didn't get project due to B1 band having less experience. Will I be not able to get job if I was in Lop and I had got pip also during the project. Will I be having any trouble getting relieving letter. Will it gonna be too difficult for me to get job outside.
Did you go into LOP exactly after 45 days?
No, I got lop after 90 days , depends some of my collegeau got after 45 days , some after 60 days ,you can expect call anyday after 45 days depends upon your luck. I would advise don't go for lop just resign because your profile will gonna effect, your gratuity,pf through form16, salary slip they can know you are not asset slow learner, lop will be mentioned in salary slip.
While being on bench if we give resignation will we not go in lop then
Pip won't effect your job switch.
