Trending @Wipro; Wipro is asking for resignation
Today i got a call from wipro to put paper because I have been on LOP for the last 3 months is there any other employee who asked for the same
Dont put resignation bro ask them for some more time to find project
Look outside Wipro.. y u r waiting for project allocation in Wipro.. they dnt hv any project.. actually they exploit employees
Currently there are no jobs in India it won’t be a good idea to leave the company first find a project adjust for some months in the mean time start searching for jobs once you land a job in other company that will be the best time to leave I understand the do make us work and kill or mental peace but if you are a solo earner for your family then trust me patience is the key
Are they giving 3 months salary in which you are in LOP or any severance? Better to put resignation there are no projects in wipro
Please ask HR if they will give 3 months salary . As per policy they normaly give 3 months salary but in keu of that employee don't need to serve the 3 months notice period. Please confirm this from your respective HR. 3 Months salary is not everything but can boost financially temporarily
What will happen if you don't resign?
I am also the same. I haven't given regin but put from backed.my last working day is tomorrow.
There is one requirement for a project if you want to please reply
