It depends on team. I know about testing field. In some teams just 1 round happens- oops concepts,basics of selenium,api ,few syntaxes they will ask to write In some - 3 rounds happen
1st round easy . Basic coding questions -palindrome, sorting, two sum , sliding window,binary search, 2nd round - some automation questions,syntaxes they will ask, api status code meaning
3rd round - managerial round -product architecture etc
