LTA is leave travel allowance, it basically helps to offset the travel expenses that we spend during our vacation

You can use Sodexo card to purchase foods in Wipro (few retailers also accept sodexo cards). Once you select X amount, every month Wipro will credit the amount in your card. But note that the amount will be deducted from your salary. So what's the point of the Sodexo Card? Well any amount you spent using that card is tax exempt means you will save some rupees in the tax.
Sodexo card : it is food coupon card with that card you can buy food at over office canteens.
