Wipro Bench policy.

I am on bench and i got call from hr spoc that after 3 rejection I will directly get terminated. Is it happens and I do I get terminated mark on my relieving latter?

Understand two things, a company can fire you with a small silly reason as they have the right. We are under employment and abiding their terms and conditions.
FYI - This happens in Accenture, Infosys a lot, hearing this for the first time in Wipro
