Wipro - HPI Client work life balance

How is the worklife balance at Wipro for HPI Client? I am yet to receive the offer (final stages).

I was just wondering about work timings because the manager told me it is a general shift (8:30 to 5:30), and then in the evening, I would have to be available for calls. Wanted to know if this is the general work method at Wipro HPI Client or just my manager being specific about it.
