I have winter shutdown mentioned by client between last week of Dec and first week of Jan. Can I apply for WFH during this period through exception tool ?

For me, I don't have to report to the Accenture office even for a single day. I just have to visit the client office. For Furlough, as per my knowledge it depends on your project Manager/coordinator. For mine, Furlough will be from December 12th till 6th January. And I don't need to come to the office during that time. Will Just have to finish several courses.
