Wings2 technical architect did anyone complete? What are hike if we clear any pay changes in CTC?

Wings2 hike depends on market correction of ctc, for example... if you have CTC of let's say 18lpa for technical architect role and assume 20lpa is the current pay in the market for this role. The difference 2lpa will be divided as per the power play pp1 has 40% of 2 lakhs which is 80k...so on for remaining power plays. If you clear all the power plays your salary will will be increased by 2lpa. Hope you got it.
Can anyone confirm, if we get c band from past year and this year B band so u will not qualify for wings2 even after you complete all courses
As long as the current band is A or B, you are good.
Only if someone is C, they cant raise PP evaluation or get benefits
