Last week I got mail for clearing PP1 and its mentioned that soo I will receive detailed incentive letter. Any idea by when I will get letter???

You were supposed to get this after receiving the annual compensation letter.

Now, the hike is delayed/paused. So, no one has any clue whether they issue wings revision letter prior to the annual compensation letter.
