WINGS2 PP1 cleared
Hi , recently I have cleared wings2 PP1 evaluation with distinction, any idea how much incentive will I get?

My role is Business Consultant (R2)
Depends on your grade and current CTC. As an example, if you have 7 years of experience, C3A grade and 16 lakhs current CTC, TCS would consider your expected CTC of 18-19 Lacs after completion of all 4 phases of Wings2. That means a total increase of 13-20% at the completion of the entire course. So for PP1, you can expect an increase of 4-6%..but it could vary based on your current CTC.
The percentage hike Amt can be different for different roles and grades and experience
FOR EXAMPLE : If they allot 6 lakh for the entire WINGS 2 PP1 to PP4, then the amount will be divided into %, if the allot Amt (6lakh)
You will be getting hike as below
PP1 - 40% of 6lakh - i.e. 2,40,000 PP2 - 15% of 6lakh - i.e. 90,000 PP3 - 15% of 6lakh - i.e. 90,000 PP4 - 30% of 6lakh - i.e. 1,80,000
Depends on your salary and average salary of your selected role which tcs decides.
