Wings2 letter?????

Any update on letter? Yesterday i noticed that BOB is updated, assuming letters are on its way… pls share ur thoughts

Have you completed the whole Wings 2 (all milestones) or only the power plays, or a specific milestone? Can you please share some details. Also what percentage do they increase the salary?

Yes completed all powerplay. Incentive depends on your current exp n CTC.. if u experience above 10yrs n CTC is 10 n less then you will total of 6lakhs

Exp is fine, but what abt ctc above 20? Do you have any idea if it works for those ppl? Is it then worth slogging so much to complete everything (i mean do they increase ctc even for 20+ n all?)
