Wings2 incentives

Hi Grapeviners, Has anyone cleared all PP of wings2 program? What are the incentives attached to it? Do we get hike after clearing individual PP or just PP1 ?

You will get a hike after each PP. So total 4 hikes. Incentives depend on multiple factors and vary from 5-40% for all the PP combined

Did you complete it? Can you tell me how is the evaluation for each PP? Is interview difficult to crack?

I have completed wings2. Evaluation is almost the same for each PP. Assume that you have applied for that position and prepare for the interview, not difficult to crack
