Wings2 from 12LPA and 10YOE
If attending tcs wings 2 for technical architect role from total 10 years experience(4in TCS) with 12LPA package, how much salary increase can be expected ? Anyone cleared wings2 with similar experience or package?
Around 4.5 lakhs after completing all 4 PPs
How the hike is decided? Based on the market trend or any discussion/ negotiation ?
That's a black box which is only known by incentive team. Generally the idea is.. the lesser the current salary you have, the more will be the increment. e.g. if the current CTC is somewhere 10lpa, then the increment would be around 8lpa for technocal architect DevOps.
Bhai....instead of clearing wings2, switch the company, you will get 35LPA outside with hardly 10% of wings2 effortsb
When I check, I was already completed 25% of competencies remaining is tech topics, which I really wish to learn. Thats why thought of completing it…
I have done wings2 technical architect role with 7.5 yoe. But I got good hike as my package was less. You will get a hike of 1 lakh that's it. As you are already having 12lpa package.
