Wings2 and C2 to C3A promotion
I have 10 YoE total, joined TCS 4.6 years back as C2. Still in C2 and eligible a promotion to C3A. I just started Wings2 learning. Should I ask promotion before completing Wings 2 or will it happen automatically with Wings2 confirmation?
Why take promotion you will get low QVA. In hand salary will be same or lower
My doubt is, whether any impact in salary if I stay in C2 and complete Wings2 technical architect role. Will be the final compensation same it take it from C2 and C3A?
I'm in the exact same boat as you. Total 9.3 years exp, 2.8 years in TCS but still at C2.
I've completed milestone-1 except PP3. My recommendation is to carefully evaluate your salary, if there is a major correction, you'll get a bigger hike.
In my case it was 2.9% for PP1 and amount goes to variable as well. Think carefully and then decide
