Wings2, a scam ?!!
At TCS I have heard that, there is somthing called wings2 and with this you can get a increment in salary. Right now i am working as c3a and almost completed a year at TCS.
- Is wings 2 a actual things?
- As C3A what to accept in increment? How many percentage?
- Is there any cons in wings2 or aome Hadden policy?
Instead of wings, focus on upskill yourself and switch from the company. It will pay you a much better offer rather than a peanut % of hikes from wings which is a trap only.
You can consider this as a scam and if you lucky enough and good relationship with manager then you will get benefit. Of you are planning to do then try to compete this in 1 appraisal cycle all power play so that it will be part of your ctc and your competition would be revised. If you are completed only few and if your bands comes down then all your efforts are useless and you will not get anything. Its failure policy
