- Upon completion of wings2, at time of increment/package hike...Do they consider last 3 appraisal or only current
Its a scam. Dnt fall in trap by tcs. The time and efforts u will spend for wings2, you will get double the salary if you switch and give even half the efforts.
Wings 2 is designed such that even after competing it you will need to wait 6-9 months to actually get your salary changed and that also is not guaranteed.

Started being serious for wings2 last nov. Got my CTC updated in October this year. Around 40% hike.
First of all, it's not a percentage hike. But, a fixed amount hike. But, the fixed amount is calculated based on your latest compensation, experience, acquired RJA, etc.(black box)
They have an upper cut off salary for each RJA. So, the higher your salary, the lower the wings2 benefits.
What is RJA
Thanks bro. This was an eye opener. Discussions and comments are suggesting that it is not worth wasting lot of time if your years of experience are more because, in that case you would have atleast reached some level
On higher experience, select a area at higher Role level like r3 and r4
These wings program are the worst program designed. No skills update, no learning ..just to play with your career n growth within the org.
