Wings1 vs Company Switch

I have completed 2.5 years in TCS. I wanna increase my salary now. I am confused which path to choose. Please suggest.

Switch is better. TSLP is much more complex nowadays.

Switch is always better I tried for wings many times but was not able to clear it depends on luck sometime even if you clear wings then also your salary will be decided by your manager if you get C Band wings incentive will be stopped also you can get very good salary outside tcs
