Guys,

I have a doubt, so I’m a digital cadre and trying to complete the wings 1 journey clearing all the milestones like domain, process, articulation and full stack tech. If I clear all the boxes will I be eligible for innovator rewards?

And if so after that if grade is changed to C1 to C2 will innovator rewards also gets merged with CTC?!

For that innovator milestone do we need to take Wings1 assessment? Or just the iEvolve course completion will suffice.

No, even after clearing innovator it will be under wings incentive only. Only after ur promotion from C1 to C2 it will become permanent under personal allowance. This is what I heard.

N. B: I have also not cleared innovator, also at digital cadre.
