Hey Go To iEvolve and Check Course Id 15205 if you're IT OR 15206 if IT-IS. This will be the learning path.

In Wings, there are 2 milestones:- Digital (Once cleared your package will be upgraded to upto 8-8.5 LPA) Innovator (Once cleared your package will be upgraded to upto 14 LPA)

To be eligible for Wings 1, You'll need to acquire some prerequisites. Work Performance Band A/B. Complete Domain Learning (Complete any one course under Group 8: Domain in Learning Path). Get a Pass in Articulation. (For this, step 1 - Complete Courses under Group 3 : Articulation. Step 2 - Register for Articulation track in Wings Assessment. (You'll get the link once exam cycle is announced.). Step 3 - Clear the track with a minimum of Pass)

Now to clear DIGITAL milestone, You'll have to get a Distinction in any one of the Core Full Stack. (For this, Step 1 - Choose the Tech track of your wish from Group 2 : Technology. Step 2 - Complete the learning path. Step 3 - Register for this tech track in Wings Assessment. (You'll get the link once exam cycle is announced.). Step 4 - Clear the track with Distinction) You'll have to get a Distinction in either Business Skills Track 1, Business Skills Track 2 or Process. ( You'll get the course details from Group 4 : Process or Group 6 : Business Skills) . (For this, Step 1 - Choose the Non-Tech track of your wish. Step 2 - Complete the learning path. Step 3 - Register for this track in Wings Assessment. (You'll get the link once exam cycle is announced.). Step 4 - Clear the track with Distinction) OR You'll have to get a pass in one more tech track from Group 2 : Technology.
OR You'll have to clear any of the Unit Elective. Details will be available from your Unit TD.

Once all these are met, you'll be Digital Cadre.

Now to clear Innovator Milestone, you'll need 1 tech track distinction
Articulation distinction
Business Skills (any one) distinction
Process Distinction
Innovator Coding Challenge Distinction

To appear for Innovator Coding Challenge, Distinction in tech track is prerequisite. And you can't use same tech track for point no:1 and point no:5.

I would recommend to use YouTube channels namely Step Campus, Rozgar Bharat etc. to get more idea and even for learning materials.
