WINGS PP4 deployment!!!

I have cleared all power play (1,2,3) for wings. In last year. I got Digital won allocation form Sep-23, while my manager missed the role tagging. Now Td team is saying as role tagging was not there so we won’t able to deploy (PP4). Once role tagging is done then you can wait for 3 month to get deploy.

In meantime since sep-23 my manager , given me multiple won allocation so they won’t be able to change for back date.

Can anyone help if any guidance how can tackle such situation.

Also a question. , when PP4 deployment happen will my incentive to be convert to CTC or not. ? As I know incentive can be added to with next promotion
