Wings for C2 Grade
Can I go for R2 level RJA if my grade is still C2 ? I saw in the catalogue it's mentioned that the expected grade should be C3A and above so is that mandatory?

That is just a guideline.
As long as your supervisor is ok with your new role, you can pursue the R2 role.
I was pursuing R2 when i was a C2. Prior discussion with supervisor will make the process easier.
