15 % hike for c2, My base salary and qva increased, monthly performance pay decreased. And elevate incentives is now shown as personal allowance, without any clause in the compensation letter saying it's linked to appraisal bands.
Hope this give you clarity, i haven't received salary yet. As I got promoted this Aug.
