I have clear wings 1 through DCA in 2021 and got 2 B bands and now C wanted to check incentives will stop or not cause in compensation letter I got incentive pay I think they stopped DCA and currently some new Wings is came what is name of it.
And if I’ll try to switch what CTC shall I give and if in pay slip salary will be less other organisation’s will ask me right with this CTC how come you are getting this salary.?
I guess you will be getting a revised compensation letter, as per wings rules if you get a C band your incentive will be "paused" next year if you get A or B it will be continued if again you receive C then it will be stopped completely.
can I add same CTC while switching cause if incentives will be pause due to which my salary will be less so how will I answer that
If you get band other than A and B then the incentive will be removed until you get A or B band again.
