Wings

I can do a bit of programming (still mastering it). The thing is I don't have complete knowledge of Wings and it's pre-requisites and different tracks and dates etc. I tried registering for one of their session, but the session never started so I still have lots of question about it. Where can I know about Wings exam and it's pre-requisites , dates, registration, different tracks etc. ?
