It’s too confusing then. I have seen 1 case where 1 associate completed pp1 2 and got incentive for 2 month and then also completed pp4 and that time band came down and associates didn’t get any incentive. In June month he got all the added incentive and revised letter. Again he got some added incentive with revised letter so not sure what’s true. It’s not part of ctc and added incentive incentives

it is incentive until you fulfill the req of either completing all 4 PP or promotion
